Ingredients
For the shortcrust pastry:
- 350 g flour 125 g butter 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 packet of yeast
- 3 tbsp. sugar
For garnish :
- 500g cottage cheese
- 1 packet of puddin powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 200g sugar
- 1⁄2 glass of fresh cream
- 50g raisins
- 1⁄2 glass of schnapps (eau-de-vie)
- 3 egg whites.
Steps
- Macerate the grapes in brandy.
- Preheat your oven to 180°.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and softened but not melted butter, mix with your fingertips.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar then add them to the dough,
- Mix again. After having kneaded it well, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line a 27 cm diameter mold.
- Cream the fromage blanc, add the pudding, then the 2 egg yolks, the sugar, the fresh cream and finally the drained raisins.
- Whisk the egg whites and gently add them to the mixture.
- Fill the bottom of the pie with this mixture and put in the oven until the pie is golden brown.
