Christmas festivities: a magical time in the Kaysersberg valley!
During the Advent period, the villages of the valley organise a whole host of festivities: Christmas markets, Christmas concerts, bredalas (Alsatian cakes) making workshops, Advent wreath making, Christmas exhibitions, and so on.
The authentic Kaysersberg Christmas market is the best-known of all these festivities: for over 35 years, the carefully selected craftsmen’s chalets have been set up in the courtyard of the Arsenal and behind the Sainte-Croix church. It’s a magical atmosphere, enhanced at nightfall by the sparkling decorations and illuminations.
