This is THE welche pastry specialty for the Christmas holidays, made with dried fruit.

Fleischnakas

If you are not Alsatian, you may have trouble pronouncing this name… It is also called meat snail: a base of noodle dough that is usually garnished with minced meat, with broth.

The tarte flambée

Flammenkueche: plain or au gratin, crispy and delicious, to enjoy as an aperitif with a good glass of Alsace wine, to share with friends. A delight!

Baeckaoffa

A traditional dish as we like them: an Alsatian hotpot in which 3 different meats are mixed.

The kougelhopf

Salty for an aperitif or sweet for breakfast, this tasty brioche will delight your taste buds.
