Celebrate 50 years of Schlossberg Grand Cru at a festive Paulée event: winemakers, fine wines, Michelin-starred dinner and a convivial atmosphere!
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Grand Cru Schlossberg classification, we invite you to share a convivial and festive evening, paulée-style, with the winemakers* of this iconic terroir.
Schedule for the evening:
- From 6:00 pm: as an aperitif, tasting of Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg from the 2023 vintage and Oyster Bar .
- 8:00 pm: dinner in the Château's grand hall, with a menu concocted by our local Michelin-starred chefs Jérôme Jaegle (L'Alchémille*) and Olivier Nasti (La Table d'Olivier Nasti**), as well as cheeses from master affineur Bernard Antony
- After the meal, the festive atmosphere continues with a DJ
The wines will be offered by the participating winemakers (large formats and old vintages on the program), and guests are also invited to bring a bottle from their cellar to share with their tablemates!
