Premium whisky initiation workshop

Located in the heart of the Welche region, our family distillery opens its doors to you to pass on more than 60 years of experience.

Through this workshop you will plunge into the exciting world of distillation and the elaboration of our spirits.

While our distillery initially specialized in Eaux-de-Vie, as is traditional in Alsace, for almost 15 years we have been making exceptional Whiskies, governed by IGP whisky alsacien.

From the selection of our barleys, produced in Alsace, to the choice of barrels used for aging, come and discover all the steps that have enabled us to create these sumptuous beverages. Slip into the shoes of a cellar master and learn to identify the aromatic subtleties of a whisky.

On the program for this workshop, a detailed tour of our distillery but also an exceptional tasting of our brut de fûts, an introduction to professional tasting, as well as a blind tasting workshop, which will allow you to discover the single malts from our cellars.

And finally, you'll be able to appreciate the richness of the terroir that borders our distillery with a food and whisky pairing tasting, featuring 100% locally-produced dishes (cheese, charcuterie, smoked fish, chocolate depending on the season...)

At the end of the activity, you'll be offered a tasting glass.
