Michel Miclo, Gilbert's son, has inherited the distillation methods that enable the production of eaux de vie with exceptional aromatic power. The systematic search for the best fruit suppliers in the main orchards of France ensures not only the regularity of supplies but also the consistency of quality.
As a fruit distiller and liqueur maker, as is traditional in Alsace, we have been able to expand our range of spirits by successfully launching the production of Alsatian whisky and gin, which are now recognised by connoisseurs for their quality and originality.
