The restaurant takes its name from its founder, the Hassenforder cycle racer. Now run by a welcoming and dynamic team, it continues in the same spirit: friendly, local cuisine in a typical setting!
Our young and dynamic team welcomes you to our restaurant with its typical setting and warm family atmosphere. We serve regional dishes as well as game specialties, all accompanied by local wines.
In summer, enjoy our outdoor terrace, and in winter, come and warm up indoors over a hearty choucroute or tarte flambée!
