Ingredients
250g of flour
5 cl of oil
2 large onions
120 g of bacon
20g butter
100g cottage cheese
10 cl heavy cream
Nutmeg
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
Salt and pepper
Steps
Prepare the dough using a food processor or by hand.
Mix flour, ½ tsp. salt.
The oil and gradually 15 cl of lukewarm water.
Work for a few minutes to obtain a very elastic dough,
Then leave to rest for 1 hour covered.
Preheat your oven to 280°C.
Slice the onions into thin strips and melt them over low heat for 5 minutes in a knob of butter, without coloring them.
Quickly fry the bacon bits.
Mix the cottage cheese and cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a circle about a millimeter thick.
Place it on a floured baking sheet. Spread the cheese-cream mixture on the dough, then distribute the onions, the bacon bits and a tablespoon of oil.
