The Pierres tremblantes, in Orbey
This hike offers a wonderful change of scenery, starting from Orbey. It takes in a number of natural and historical sights, including the famous Pierre du Loup and the Pierres Tremblantes. The trail also takes you past stones engraved by German troops during the First World War.
A legend is associated with the Pierres Tremblantes: if a husband manages to move one of these stones with his index finger while standing underneath it, this ensures his wife’s fidelity. However, this is a challenging hike, especially for couples, and should be taken seriously.
