Festival - The Bread Festival
The Bread Festival is coming to Le Chambard!
Levain Bakery is celebrating its 4th anniversary during the first edition of the Bread Festival. Four years full of excitement, including the Pudlo 2026 award for Best Baker of the Year, the finals of the Best Bakery in France competition, and earning the Retailer Label
Over three days, discover the world of artisanal bread through a delicious and welcoming program:
- Breakfasts featuring breads and pastries (for a fee)
- Introductory workshops on kneading and sourdough to explore the world of baking and the work of our teams. You’ll have the chance to watch Luc Roux make bread alongside Vincent and Manon, the bakers at Levain Bakery.
- A convivial “Bread, Cheese, and Wine” evening, in partnership with Maison Lorho and featuring a selection of wines by Jean-Baptiste Klein (for a fee)
- Meetings with passionate artisans, as well as tastings and introductions to the bakery’s must-try products, will also be offered throughout these three days.
For this edition, Chef Olivier Nasti will welcome Luc Roux, founder of Les Miches à Lulu and a renowned artisan baker, who helped establish the Levain bakery. Rémi Vanoverschelde, the bakery’s in-house baker, will also be on hand to share his passion and expertise.
A weekend dedicated to sharing, passing on knowledge, and artisanal excellence—and a great opportunity to discover the art of bread and sourdough making.
Food and drinks, as well as evening events, are subject to a fee.
