For one day only, Alchémille is opening its doors in a different way.
A lively, welcoming market where you can meet the people who provide the ingredients for our daily meals: producers, artisans, traditional crafts, ingredients and expertise.
The farmers’ and craftspeople’s market will be offering: honey, cheese, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, poultry, fresh eggs, organic lemonade and natural juices, seedlings, turned wooden items…
A sale of the restaurant’s crockery will also be on the programme for the day. A few items from the restaurant that are moving on to new homes.
The chef invites you to share in the experience during cooking workshops and demonstrations open to all, without reservation, will be held right in the restaurant:
10am — All about pickles
11.30 am — Potato sparkling wine
1.30 pm — Sparkling wine
3.30 pm — Wild plants: identification and uses
Refreshments and barbecue available on site.
A simple yet lively day, offering a fresh perspective on the world of Alchémille, with plenty of time to chat, sample, learn and catch up.
