Let us tell you the story of a famous work by the 1952 Nobel Peace Prize winner, accompanied by the sound of the balafon.

An evening of African percussion with Ba Banga Nyeck and staged readings with Claude Hunsinger.

One of them, a percussionist, will plunge you into the atmosphere and history of the peoples of the equatorial forest.

The other, a French pastor, is involved in researching and experimenting with new ways of expressing spirituality and faith for the benefit of all, with a view to constantly questioning our relationship with Life.

Together, they will combine music and a staged reading of texts on respect for life by Albert Schweitzer for a unique concert to mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of this famous native of Kaysersberg.

Readings only in French.
