Punctuated by 6 gourmet stages, the 10km route will take you to the heights of the hamlet of Basses-Huttes, passing through : Le Quimberg, Le Linge, La Lomberg, Le Sombrevoir, le Coin,...
Participants will be welcomed in the marquee in the hamlet of Les Basses-Huttes, where registrations will be checked, the itinerary handed out and you will be given a drink to keep throughout the tour.
The 6 gourmet stages :
Stage 1: a short climb to the welcome drink. Jean-Claude and Isabelle offer you local flavours with Elisabeth and Chantal's homemade syrups.
Stage 2: Aperitif, and it's on! The bubbles of a crémant will go wonderfully with the cheeses from the Schoultzbach farm and the pretzels served by Chantal and Alain.
Stage 3: starter... Noble trout with pinot blanc. Mmm! Enhanced with a pinot blanc, enjoy smoked trout on farmhouse bread on a bed of tchic with mountain pesto, fuseau lorrain and meum seeds", says Dominique.
Stage 4: ham for good legs Jean-Jacques will welcome you to the Lomberg for this essential Vosges inn. The pinot noir will be the perfect accompaniment to your hearty break.
Stage 5: farmhouse atmosphere for Munster cheese. Schuster cheeses, on slices of bread with a fine pinot gris, will be on offer at Bruno's in Sombrevoir.
Stage 6: Gourmet marquee at Basses-Huttes for the sweet finish: Crémant, gewurztraminer, coffee, local jams, fromage blanc and siskass from the Schoultzbach farm.
Maximum 200 participants - 4 or 5 starts. Unlimited spring water at all stops.
