Enter the exceptional universe of the Saint Etienne wine brotherhood by participating in this Solemn Chapter on the key moment of viticulture: the harvest.
In the prestigious setting of the castle of the Saint-Etienne wine brotherhood, all the conviviality and pleasure of Alsace wines combined with the gastronomy of their region.
Gala dinner with the menu proposed by Thomas LIMMACHER of the Auberge BAECHEL-BRUNN in Merckwiller-Pechelbronn.
Welcome aperitif, from 5 pm with wine games with prizes and tests for the inductees.
6 pm ceremony of solemn tasting in grand costume with inductions for the registered members.
8 pm. gala dinner.
Evening dress required.
