This course is aimed at people over 13 years old who have experience in bike-parks and can ride on red trails or who have followed the "perfection" course (level 2), and who have mastered the different techniques related to downhill riding (position, look, balance...)
Content: riding at a steady pace for riders who have a good level but wish to progress.
Program: improving the position on the bike to increase efficiency and speed during the descent, knowing how to read the terrain in order to optimize your trajectory, increasing your ability to ride down the slopes without stopping, knowing how to analyze a difficult module in order to take the right speed and trajectory to pass it safely (red and black slopes).
Required equipment: DH or enduro mountain bike with a minimum of 160 mm of travel front and rear, protective equipment (DH helmet mandatory) and all other protections strongly recommended (back protector, elbow pads, knee pads, gloves...), appropriate clothing.
Duration: from 09h to 16h with a lunch break (lunch not included) of 1 hour.
Capacity: maximum 8 people.
The price includes the supervision of a certified instructor (excluding equipment, lift pass and meal).
