The apartment has an entrance, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, an independent toilet and a terrace. 

On the 1st floor:

You will find in the living room a sofa bed (for 2 people), a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a table, 6 chairs and a sideboard.

You will be able to take advantage of the free Wifi connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, etc.). You will also find a small bar and two stools.

You will also find an entrance with a closet, as well as an independent toilet. 

On the second floor:

The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with lamps, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk with printer.

The second room has a double bed (140x200), two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a shoe rack and a desk.

Each bed is equipped with a sheet, a pillow per person and a comforter.

The bathroom has a double sink, a mirror, a bathtub, an electric towel dryer, a washing machine, a hair dryer and a toilet.

The beds will be made upon arrival. Sheets and towels will be at your disposal on site 

The cleaning at the end of your stay will be done at your departure.

All our services (bed linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and charges) are included in the price.

A deposit of 500 € will be required during your stay.
