The apartment « Blanche Graine » is located in a green environment, only 10 minutes away from Kaysersberg and the Alsatian wine road, 30 minutes from Colmar and 1 hour from Strasbourg and Mulhouse. Ideally situated in order to visit Christmas markets in Alsace but also to relax and take refuge from the crowds. It is a 55 m² comfortable apartment with all modern conveniences. You can enjoy the terrace with view on the mountains. No smoking accommodation. Even the apartment in the owner’s house, it is totally independent. Fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic plate, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter-coffee maker, pad coffee machines and toaster) open on the living room with TV. A bathroom with an Italian shower, separate WC. In the bedroom 1 comfortable double bed (160x190). Baby kit on demand. Outside there are a terrace and a parking lot. For you comfort we are happy to provide you our « Welcome kit » composed by : salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, 4 coffee pads, 4 tea bags, toilet paper and a dishwasher pad. End cleaning 40€. The following services are included in it rental price: bed sheets, house linen, towels and service charges (water, electricity, etc.). A deposit of 25% is required for booking at the contract conclusion. Rental for two nights or more.
