Scattered with 6 gourmet stops over 8km, the route of this gastronomic walk takes you through the village of Sigolsheim, the surrounding vineyards and the Mambourg hill.
The charm of the autumn-colored landscape and magnificent views over the Alsace plain await you along the way. Come and immerse yourself in the colorful atmosphere of a vineyard at the height of the grape harvest.
For 14 years now, this gourmet walk in the heart of Alsace has been a great moment of conviviality for participants, and the team of volunteers.
Menu 2024:
- Dessert + coffee: Éclair revisited with autumn flavors
- Plat: Wild boar shoulder, red cabbage with apples and chestnut flour spaetzle
- Enter: Lentil and bacon soup
- Aperitif: Pretzel gratin
- Great wine tasting: Smoked trout bite, fresh cheese (in the form of a wrap)
- Cheese: Plate of 3 local cheeses
A glass of Alsace wine selected by our winemakers will accompany each dish.
