Restaurant Amsel
Seasonal cuisine, carefully selected wines and a pleasant terrace: the ideal setting for lunch or after-work. A special mention for the open-access glass cellar, which will delight wine lovers.
The Amsel restaurant is located in Ammerschwihr, a charming village in the heart of the vineyards. It offers seasonal and local cuisine.
All produce comes from producers in the valley.
On weekdays, a single menu is offered for lunch, while in the evening and at weekends a wider menu is available. A beautiful glassed-in wine cellar in the restaurant room is freely accessible.
In December, winegrowers will take place on the terrace to share their wines with visitors: 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and 5 p.m.–7 p.m. on Saturdays, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on Sundays. After the tasting, you can have lunch or dinner on site. No need to book, just come and enjoy, taste, chat... and enjoy the spirit of Advent time in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
