Alsace is known mostly for its vineyards but it also has an ancient brewing tradition that has been reconquering the younger generation for the past few years.
Thus, numerous microbreweries have been developing on our hop-growing grounds, to elaborate high quality drinks, inherited from the region’s traditions.
The Kaysersberg Valley has many artisanal breweries who produce timeless beers : white beer, lager beer or amber beer, but also ephemeral beers in collaboration with winegrowers, restaurants or local season products.
