Means of transport / getting around

Well, let's face it, if you want to visit Alsace, you'd better come with your own car. With this mode of transport, you will be free to go where you want and do what you want!

If you still want to use Alsace's public transport system, here are some keys to help you find your way around.

The TER Alsace will allow you to cross the region by train from north to south, from Strasbourg to Basel, via Sélestat, Colmar and Mulhouse.
See the SNCF website

The small villages of the valley of Kaysersberg are served by the bus line n°145 of the company Kunegel. This shuttle can be taken in Colmar, starting point of a transport network.
See the Kunegel transport website

In summer, to reach the White Lake and our beautiful mountains, choose the shuttle of the peaks. It crosses various valleys and the line of crest. All you have to do is choose the route! This year, the "navette des crêtes" will run every day from 17 July to 15 August 2021. Find all the practical information, prices and timetables of the Navette des Crêtes on the website of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park.

During the period of the Christmas markets, a specific shuttle linking Colmar to Kaysersberg, and serving other villages such as Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé, is specially set up. It allows you to visit the sites with peace of mind, without the hassle of parking or traffic jams. More information to come soon

For taxis, if you prefer to be driven, or to rent a car, here are all the details.

Finally, if you are sporty and have time to spare, you can easily explore Alsace by bike, on the cycle paths, or on foot, via our hiking trails. But for this, we advise you to bring a map. Don't hesitate to come and see us, we have plenty!

Public toilets

A pressing need? Is it urgent? Rather than going through our offices to find the nearest little corner, find here the map of all the toilets in the Kaysersberg valley !

You'll thank us later! :)
