Hiking circuit - The small tour of Black Lake

This circuit, although short, reveals all the unsuspected splendour of the Lac Noir and makes it one of our must-do hikes. From the car park, go to the left where the sign for the "Petit Tour Lac Noir" circuit is located and take the wide path that borders the lake. The markings remain the same from the beginning to the end (yellow cross).
The crossing of the small wooden bridge marks the beginning of the most beautiful part of the hike. Climb up to the rocky environment that frames the end of the lake. This steep trail requires good footing. First, enjoy a fascinating view of the Black Lake, then continue on your way, taking time to contemplate the formation of this magnificent rocky landscape. The change of scenery is sensational. Friends hikers, be quiet, because from the top of their rocky promontory the chamois are watching you pass. Lucky you, your eyes may meet.
Go back down quietly to the lake car park, your starting point. Depending on the opening hours, you can stop at the inn to quench your thirst or taste some of the region's gourmet specialities.
