Artist and creator, it is in 2010 that the click occurs: the work of glass is obvious.

The technical skills were acquired in continuing education with Eddie LEGUS, master glassmaker, for glass spinning with a blowtorch, and Anne GRAVALON for fusing and beading, completed by specific training courses (PERRIN in Sars Poteries, DEMOISSON in Waville).

Since 2014, Karine Hauptmann has been working in her workshop Encre et Verre, on the banks of the Egelbach river in Uffholtz (68), at the foot of the Vosges mountains.
