Ladies riding course at the Bike Park

The Bike Park du Lac Blanc offers a course exclusively for women and teenagers, however all other courses are also open to them.

This course is supervised by Alexandre, certified instructor. The best way to discover the joys of riding.

Content: discovery of the mountain bike discipline in the bike park in order to be able to evolve on the terrain in safety with the contribution of basic techniques such as position, balance, braking management, reading the trajectory and the turns...

Programme: positioning on the bike, balance, braking, anticipation, adapting speed, reading the terrain, understanding and taking turns, introduction to jumps and modules on green and possibly blue tracks.

Equipment required: minimum 26 inch mountain bike with a minimum travel of 140 mm front and rear, protective equipment (DH helmet obligatory) and all other protections strongly recommended (back protector, elbow pads, knee pads, gloves...), suitable clothing.

Duration: from 10am to 5pm with a lunch break (lunch not included) of 1 hour.

Limited number of places to 8 persons.

The price includes supervision by a qualified instructor (excluding equipment, lift pass and meal).

Wearing a sanitary mask is compulsory:

- at the cash desk and at the rental,
- at the chairlift from the boarding area located before the gates to the disembarkation.
- in the restaurant and in the toilets

on pain of being refused access.
