10th Moisson des Brasseurs - Open doors
In the heart of the Kaysersberg valley, the Pays Welche brewery opens its doors for the new edition of the Moisson des Brasseurs.
Three days to discover the beer, its manufacture, the materials used... On the program, launch of our new beer: the beer with bread, free tasting with organic mountain cheese and special bread.
Nice example of local cooperation: the new bread beer, made with bread from the Kieffer bakery in Lapoutroie, highlights the recycling of bread. And food and beer pairing with organic tome, made in the Perrin farm in Lapoutroie, which recycles spent grain from the brewery.
A convivial moment of sharing with the possibility of taking home products to decorate your starters, terrines, foie gras...
