Madam HUSS Martine - Holiday accommodation the vineyard

Our 100m²-duplex-cottage is located on the 2nd and top floor of a quiet building, 2 minutes’ walk from the old town of Kaysersberg, in the very heart of the Route des Vins. It is a 15-minute drive from Colmar, or a one-hour drive from Strasbourg. Access is from the outside, with an independent entrance and no elevator.
You will be warmly welcomed by the hosts.
The lodge has many nearby convenience stores (post office, supermarket, butcher, bakery ...) and is composed of two floors:
-    on the first one (ground floor c’est rez-de-chaussée et j’ai cru comprendre que l’appartement occupe les 2ème et troisième étages de l’immeuble, donc je dis “first one” et “upper one”), you will find first the entrance with a cupboard, then the living room and its full equipped open kitchen (oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, induction hob, dishwasher and dishes). A small laundry room finally complements this level with a separate toilet, a washing machine and a dryer.
-    on the upper one, you will enjoy
o    two air-conditioned rooms, the one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x200)
o    a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bath and a double sink
o    a separate toilet
o    a mezzanine furnished with a sofa bed with quality double-bed mattress (140x200), allowing two additional persons to sleep over
A baby kit, composed of a travel bed, a bath and a highchair, is also at your disposal on demand.
Two parking spaces complement the lodge. Either above-ground or underground, both are secure parking areas.

Bed linen and towels included, beds made on your arrival and end of stay cleaning included in the price.
