This 3 room duplex apartment can accommodate 4 people and is ideally located in the city center, on the 1st floor of a beautiful half-timbered house.

A prepaid parking card will be given to you upon arrival, it will allow you to park a car for free in the city parking lots.

It offers you 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 living room with a bed for 1 person and an independent toilet.

The Living room is exposed South/East.

    Parquet on the ground and coated painting on the walls.

    You will find in this room a single bed (for 1 person), a coffee table, a television cabinet, a flat screen television and documentation on the activities and the tourist sites of the region to discover. Books and board games are also at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, etc.).

All the necessary cleaning equipment is also available.

The rooms:

    The first bedroom has a large double bed for 2 people, a wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, 2 night tables with bedside lamps, a secretary and a bench.

    The second room has a single bed for 1 person, a chest of drawers, a bedside table with lamp and a dressing table.

Each bed is equipped with a sheet, 2 pillows per person, a blanket and a bedspread.

The bathroom:

    It includes a cabinet with a sink and storage, a mirror and a shower.

The beds will be made upon arrival. Sheets and towels will be at your disposal on site.

The cleaning at the end of your stay will be done at your departure.

All our services (bed linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and charges) are included in the price.

A deposit of 300 € will be required during your stay.
