Delicious and homemade haute couture chocolates. The origins and the quality of chocolates are very carefully chosen.
Vincent Strakar, by training of “Maître Chocolatier-Confiseur” has learned how to control the dosing of cocoa, sugar, milk and cream, in order to made delicious ganaches and pralines. He uses traditional techniques and recipes and pay attention at the quality on each step of the making.
The quality of the products relies on his know-how, by respecting traditions, technology and precision of mixtures.
This passionate attaches very great importance at the choice and the work of pure origins. He selects 15 origins of chocolate coming from countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam, …

- 10 am to 12 pm/ 1 to 6.30 pm. 10 am to 6 pm Sunday and bank holidays. 9.30 am to 7 pm every day one month before Easter and Christmas. Closed on Monday, 1st January and 25th December.
