New in 2020: A new formula is offered: the "Welche Picnic" to take away. It is composed of a selection of the famous Haxaire cheeses, cold meats and small vegetables, accompanied by organic bread baked over a wood fire and a home-made sweetness to make you melt with pleasure. A real immersion in the gastronomic richness of the welche country. A must for a trip to the mountains.

I like to see the manufacturing processes, the know-how of the valley! And above all, taste the cheeses at the end of my visit! My little favorite is the cumin munster, on a bed of hot potatoes! A delight !
