Enter the exceptional world of the Confrérie Saint Etienne by participating in this Solemn Chapter.
In the prestigious setting of the Saint-Etienne wine brotherhood castle, all the conviviality and pleasure of Alsace wines associated with the gastronomy of their region.
During the afternoon, an auction of wines from the oenotheque's collection.
Programme:
- 6 pm welcome aperitif, wine games with prizes and tests for the inductees.
- 6.30 pm ceremony of solemn tasting in full costume with inductions for those registered.
- 8.30 pm gala dinner, menu proposed by Julien BINZ of the restaurant JULIEN BINZ in Ammerschwihr.
